They came down quickly to pick up my beloved cat Snowflake who had just passed away. The people at Monarch were both compassionate and friendly and and did a private cremation. In just about a week, they brought my cat’s remains back to me in a beautiful engraved box with her paw print etched in clay. I will always treasure the way Monarch handled this situation in my time of grief.

I called Monarch Pet Memorial Services on a Sunday morning, after I had woken up to my pet passing away unexpectedly. Al answered, was very professional, and came quickly to pick up my pet. I had a private cremation done and received my pet’s ashes earlier than the time I was quoted. Every detail was thought out from the engraved urn, to hair in a jar, and 2 paw prints! I would highly recommend Monarch Pet Memorial Services to anyone who wants their beloved pet handled with care and concern and will continue to use them in the future.

Losing a pet is so very hard, but I was happy with the services at Monarch. My dogs ashes were put in a small wooden box with her name and paw print on it. They also give you a digital print of the paw incase you want to use it for something.

It certainly wasn’t easy saying goodbye but bringing her home was certainly beautiful. While the tears continued to flow, we were comforted knowing she’s home. The urn was beautiful, a vial of her hair and paw prints as well as the comforting card.

I’m so glad I did this . Lap of Love and Monarch made a painful experience into one of peace even joy. It was so beautiful.

My experience at Monarch Pet Services was incredible. Julitza went above and beyond in making us feel cared for in such a difficult moment. I was greeted by Julitza which placed my little boy in a beautiful basket. I received my boy Amore’s ashes less than a week later with a paw print , a lock of his hair, a nose print amongst other niceties on their care/ashes bag. An amazing and caring company. Julie was so amazing with communication and made a very tough time easier. I didn’t have to worry because I knew my baby was in trusting hands and I would get back what I asked for. It is not a service you want to have to use, but I am so glad to have such caring people to work with when we need them.

I was super happy after picking up the ashes of my dog. Lots of detail went into the bag, paw print, hair clippings and urn. Also enclosed was a card and information on getting a digital copy of his paw print. I also liked his name as well as his paw print engraved on the wooden box.

We just recently got one of our pets cremated through Monarch Pet Services and I can certainly say, by far… IT IS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICES We have gotten when cremating our pets! The care/ thought put into the work they do reflects in the product they deliver each single time!

I had to let go of my sweet man that I’ve had for the last 12 years. A piece of my heart and soul left that day, too. Today I received his ashes from Monarch Pet Services, and I couldn’t be happier to have my man home. His ashes came in a beautiful wooden urn with his name and paw print engraved on the box, it is truly lovely. They also included a clay paw print and some of his hair. This whole experience of having to put down my first pet was made so much easier with the help of monarch.
